Comprehensive MEP design for an underground parking facility, covering electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. The scope includes fire fighting systems, smoke detection and suppression, ventilation and smoke extraction, lighting, power distribution, drainage, and safety systems. Additionally, the design incorporates an intelligent parking guidance system with green-red indicator lights to display space availability and enhance traffic flow within the facility.

Comprehensive MEP design for a luxury 45-storey office tower, incorporating all modern facilities to international standards. Scope includes advanced fire fighting and life safety systems, HVAC and ventilation including smoke extraction, high- and low-voltage electrical systems, plumbing and drainage, and integration with an intelligent Building Management System (BMS). The underground parking facility features a smart parking guidance system with red-green indicators for real-time space availability, and carbon monoxide monitoring. All systems are designed for efficiency, safety, and user comfort in line with global best practices.

The habitat prioritizes animal comfort and cultural familiarity, with round-the-clock care provided by multilingual staff, including communication in Mandarin, English, and Sichuan dialect to ensure the pandas feel truly at home.
