Design and Supervision Services:
Comprehensive design and supervision of all MEP systems, including:
Electrical Systems: High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), lighting, data and telecommunications, audiovisual, security, public address, and special flood lighting system as per FIFA standards.
Mechanical Systems: Air conditioning, ventilation, firefighting, plumbing, specialized irrigation system, and special antiflooding system.

MEP Design for Boutique Hotel at G.S.P Main Stadium
GSP FIFA Stadium Sports Hotel, Cyprus
As part of the G.S.P main stadium development, adjacent to the athletic and track field, a boutique hotel was designed to accommodate visiting teams and guests attending various athletic and football events.
Scope of works included:
Air-conditioning and ventilation systems
Solar water heating system
Plumbing and firefighting systems
Electrical systems: High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV)
Internal and external lighting
Fire alarm and security systems
This comprehensive MEP design ensured comfort, safety, and energy efficiency throughout the facility.

The scope of the project covered the full design and execution of integrated mechanical, electrical, and external systems to support the facility’s operational and environmental needs.
Mechanical Systems
The mechanical works included the installation of air-conditioning, ventilation, and firefighting systems, as well as complete plumbing infrastructure for water supply and drainage.
Electrical Systems
Electrical installations encompassed high and low voltage distribution networks, specialized and emergency lighting systems, comprehensive audiovisual installations, structured and data cabling, and a fully integrated security system.
External Systems
External works featured the implementation of outdoor lighting, including street and parking area illumination, along with landscaping and a fully automated irrigation system.

Water Features and Treatment Systems
The project included the design and implementation of unique architectural water features and supporting treatment systems to enhance the site’s visual appeal and water quality:
Design of six custom fountains located at all main entrances
Central iconic lake and river feature integrated into the landscape
Advanced water filtration system for continuous circulation and clarity
Sterilization and UV water treatment system to maintain hygiene and environmental standards
